This place is newly renovated and peaceful, situated in a fantastic area close to a major airport and excellent shopping spots, providing a comfortable and quiet stay conveniently located near all the places we needed to go.

The room was terrific and perfect, equipped with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. The hotel's location is marvelous, nearby great shopping spots, Downtown, and the Buffalo airport. It's also conveniently close to the Falls.

We arrived at your Hotel (our flight delayed for 6 1/2 hours) at 3:00 A.M. The driver of your shuttle bus did not even offer to help with our bags. We were put into a room on the first floor right across from the vending machine. At 5:00 A.M. we were awaken by a worker filling up the vending machine. Our breakfast was included in the price of the room and we were told that breakfast was only being served from 6:00 A.M. until 9:30 A.M. The milk for my cereal was sour. This was probably one of our worst experiences. Please consider and implement changes in your Hotel asap. Thank you.

The bed was so comfy and the shower was just amazing. Our room was right next to the pool which my son absolutely loved. The rooms are quiet and you would never know your next to a large airport unless you happen to look out the window as a plane was taking off (this was a really cool thing to see). The pool area has a large window with a great view to see the planes. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is very updated and clean.

I had to keep entering the wifi password throughout the day even when I didn't leave.

holiday inn express in cheektowaga was a pleasant surprise! staff was super helpful and rooms were comfy. breakfast had something for everyone, especially loved the pancake station. exceeded my expectations after a disappointing previous stay.

No microwave in tiny second room.

We found the location to be perfect for the venue we were going to. The rooms were quite spacious and clean.

We found out that there was a shuttle that would take you somewhere if you were going within 5 miles, our wedding was 5.4 miles away. The manager denied us the shuttle. We fully understand it was past the boundaries, but the shuttle was parked the entire time we were there, it would have been a nice bonus. Great customer service goes a long way.
